I agree more with John here, in that 1) Debian, prior to the vote, has
required deliberate actions to enable nonfree etc.; 2) The risk is low
for wrong data input caused by enabling nonfree etc. and there's
insufficient evidence of that happening much more than FSDG distros
Happy to be proved wrong, otherwise I think the way forward is to keep
the existing debian versions in h-node, and consider not adding future
versions affected by the vote, depending on how they are affected. If
Bullseye is affected too, we consider that too.
