Not really sure, i just started to learn PHP so i can help with the coding somewhere in the future.
I'm guessing you would need to do an actual dump of the database and geta tarball of the current state of the site so you can compare the tree to the SVN version, and/or perhaps run a clone of the site locally for debugging. Do you need any help with this too?
