Still working with CullingCoordsys. Not very much done today (exhausting
weekend). I still don't have tests for culling with nonlinear
CoordSystems - probably because I dont yet understand and can't create
nonlinearity on my own (creating fisheye is still a big mystery :). Adding
this to TODO.

One Big thing left:
  - tests: a Vob that doesn't use coordsys but draws something
    somewhere if it's drawn at all would help.

I haven't take this seriously enough... I don't yet understand how
culling may work if the vob is not drawn into culling coordsys (or its
descendants).
