* guix/lint.scm (check-inputs-should-be-native): Add autoconf, automake,
bison, dejagnu, desktop-file-utils, doxygen, flex, gettext,
googletest-source, groff, help2man, libtool, swig, qmake, qttools,
texinfo, xorg-server-for-tests.
