This makes it play nicely with worktrees.

* guix/git-download.scm (git-file-list): Use REPOSITORY-WORKING-DIRECTORY to
locate checkout.  Rename from "top" to "workdir".

    This fixes (current-guix) for me in a worktree.  Testing needed on other git
    setups!
