Good, another patch I can toss out of my own mess of a queue :-) (although I haven't actually compared the two yet).

All updated URL are tested
on Tor Browser. So it should work on other browsers as well.

Wow. By hand?

I think we prefer not to change source URIs to HTTPS, though.
