[Telegram-Desktop]: Help with packaging

Hello Guix!

I have almost finished packaging telegram-desktop application. Here is 
the patch-set, https://issues.guix.gnu.org/issue/45721

With this email, I have attached the complete diff, which is to be 
applied on top of master.

While building the package 'tdesktop', I get this error,

Any ideas on how to rectify this?
