I just closed / abandoned my patch that would have updated librsync to
2.0.1:

I abandoned it because none of the librsync users in Guix could use the
newer versions, even though the old librsync has dire problems.

Can burp use the new version? If so I'll add it while keeping the old
librsync for those other packages.
