    gnu: gnumach: Support "noide" argument.
    
    * gnu/packages/patches/gnumach-support-noide.patch: New file.
    * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
    * gnu/packages/hurd.scm (gnumach-headers): Use it.
    * doc/guix.texi (Bootloader Configuration): Document it.
