    gnu: gnunet-scheme: Update to 0.3.
    
    The old snippet doesn't apply anymore, so a different work-around was
    committed to gnunet-scheme.
    
    * gnu/packages/gnunet.scm (gnunet-scheme): Update to 0.3.
    [description]: Update description for new features.
