    gnu: man-db: Update to 2.10.2, enable support for zstd and libseccomp.
    
    * gnu/packages/man.scm (man-db): Update to 2.10.2.
    [configure-flags]: Use search-input-file.  Add '--with-zstd' flag.
    [phases]: Delete trailing #t.
    [native-inputs]: Adjust comment.
    [inputs]{libseccomp, zstd}: New inputs.  Remove FIXME comment.
