    gnu: texinfo: Cross-build fix: Use host perl in host scripts.
    
    * gnu/packages/texinfo.scm (texinfo)[inputs]: When cross-compiling, add 
perl.
    This makes the host texi2any (makeinfo) refer to the correct perl.
