pull: Do not use '~*', which 'msgfmt' fails to interpret.

This is a followup to f751b4646d3989d76dad9e33e39f9724c7c50be6.
* guix/scripts/pull.scm (display-channel-news): Remove second occurrence
of '~*' in a format string.
