    gnu: bc: Fix cross-compilation.
    
    * gnu/packages/patches/bc-fix-cross-compilation.patch: New patch file.
    * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
    * gnu/packages/algebra.scm (bc)[origin]: Apply it,
    [native-inputs]: Add automake and autoconf,
    [arguments]: Add a new 'autogen phase that is needed by the new patch.
