      from  c23d170   utils: 'elf-file?' and 'ar-file?' return #f for 
directories.
       new  f8bcf19   build-system/gnu: Gracefully handle dangling symlinks in 
the 'strip' phase.
       new  c4a298c   gnu: grep: Update to 2.21.
