GNU guile-ncurses 1.0 released

I'm relieved to announce a new GNU Guile-ncurses pre-release: Version 1.0

GNU Guile-ncurses is a library for the GNU Guile Scheme interpreter.
It add functions that simplify coding Text-User Interfaces (TUIs).

It is based on the GNU ncurses libraries: ncurses, form, panel, and 
menu.

* Fixes a critical bug in 0.9 that installed the library in the
  wrong Guile site directory

Guile-ncurses is distributed under the GNU Lesser General Public
License version 3 (or later).  The manual is distributed
under an MIT-style license.
