[guile-reader-devel] compilation of 0.3 fails

Hello,

I wish to install guile-reader (as a dependency of skribilo) but
compilation fails:

I found a report of the same error in connection with GnuTLS but I could
not locate any associated fix.

I am using guile-1.8.8 and gcc version 4.5.3 (Gentoo 4.5.3-r1 p1.0,
pie-0.4.5).

Any help would be most appreciated.
