guile-gui 0.3 released

Following a recent request, I've prepared an update of guile-gui -
release 0.3 - to address some issues that show up when using a recent
version of Gtk+.  It's available at

guile-gui uses Gtk+, guile and guile-gtk to provide a graphical Guile
REPL.

You almost certainly should _not_ use guile-gui for new projects -
because guile-gtk is (IIUC) mostly obsoleted by guile-gnome, and
guile-gnome already includes something - the (gnome gtk graphical-repl)
module - that is very similar to guile-gui.  But for existing users,
this update is recommended.

This release was tested with Guile 1.8.7 and guile-gtk 2.1.
