guile-gnome archive retrieve/compile problem

Hello,

performing all the step in http://home.gna.org/guile-gnome/dev/,
the last one gives me this:

          checking for pkg-config >= 0.8.0 ... found 0.15.0, ok.
        + checking for autogen.sh options

          command line.

but I just had run

        tla build-config configs/gnu.org/dev
