But when we're booting a kernel (Linux) we just say that.  Shouldn't we
be consistent and say "bootmgr" and "ntldr" too?

Btw, to make this even more interesting, there's also freeldr, which can
be used to boot either Windows NT/2000/XP or ReactOS.
