I mean you should use refit + grub/lilo (legcay-bios) to load your
system. The latest apple intel mac seems to be able to load mix arch
efi image only, while grub-efi can't create it currently.

btw, even in legacy mode, bootcamp has a bug that can cause it to hang
when loading with grub, I have written a patch to fix this, you can
find it in the mail list.
