Yes. I've just pushed update on texinfo doc installation and
uninstallation. I need to make some more overall tests this weekend on
various system, and then the plan would be:
- rc5.
- If nothing serious happens, 1.22.4.

As none of your change impact the build, I'm OK for your to commit them
before rc5.
