Have linux/unix/bsd courses create "homeworK" such as:
Write a tutorial on basic and advanced uses for the cp , mv and
ln commands. Teamwork is encouraged.
Finding an existing one on the internet is acceptable,
especially if you can get the author's permission to submit it to
the man pages collection as a man(8) entry.
If one already exists, see if you can find improvements.
Extra credit. The same for rm .
