In HTML terms, that's roughly equivalent to having an anchor (or simply an
ID) defined on each semantic element, prefixed by type and suffixed by
instance index, and jumping to a node like this:

Which is every bit as absurd as it sounds, because comparing two semantic
markup languages is impossible when one is highly-specialised (mdoc) whilst
one is intended to be a general-purpose document format...
