[Groff] Postproc segfaults

Just updated with today's CVS additions.  I get segfaults running grops or
grotty on *any* intermediate output (so man X or groffer --ps X both give
segfaults when trying to read any manpages).  Here is a backtrace from
running grops on a processed -me file:
