[Groff] UTP: Chapters 1 and 4

I just sent Larry a marked up copy of Chapters 1 and 4.
I had agreed to markup chapter 4 for Colin, and went
ahead and did chapter 1 since Stewart said he was
pressed for time.

Sometime this weekend, I will go ahead and markup
chapter 2 and send it to Larry.  Then I will 
printout chapters 1,2,4 and 16, proofread them
and mail all corrections to Larry.
