Re: [Groff] Whoops, here's the ch06 errors

What a dumb mistake on my part!  Apologies for the noise.

With the -ms arg specified, I can build the ps but I am
getting a few errors and the html doesn't build at all.
Here are the errors from the ps build of the old file:

I'm about halfway through my edit of this chapter.  The
one consistent error I'm seeing is that everything with
the .Ps that should be indented is flush left starting
with the "Page Layout" section -- the two uses of .Ps
on the first two pages are indented correctly.  Is this
not happening for you?

In the original, it does look like there is about this much space
above and inside the boxed display and they don't use the full
box.  I do think a bit more space would improve the appearance
of the pages.

Okay, I downloaded this and tried the .ps build.  Here are
