[Groff] UTP: Se macro

Jon,
        I'm not sure if this is a bug
or the way the .Se macro was intended to
operate.  If you put a construct such as

.Se "Have fun with the \fCutp\fP macros"

everything works fine.
But, this construct, will cause the following
text to retain the font specified for the last
word in the string to .Se.


.Se "Typesetting with \fCtbl\fP"

Larry caught this when I sent him chapter 8.
He just added an .LP before the following
text to correct it, so, the cure is easy.
