[Groff] the \*[macro args ...] feature

Some time ago, there was a plan to extend the calling syntax of
strings and macros without arguments \*[] to support macro calls
with arguments.  This feature is big.  With it, I can remove half of
my macros in the man pages.

Unfortunately, I do not have the time to implement it.  It is really
simple to be done once you got the right places in the groff source
code.  Please help!  Lots of eternal glory is awaiting you :-)
