My Autoconf version 2.13 does not run on the groff top level directory.
The info file says that the old `aclocal.m4' is now `acsite.m4' and
it expects a `configure.in' (instead of `configure.ac'?).
Renaming both files does not succeed. It complains about 10+ AC_*
variables, for example, the language push and pops are not recognized.
Do I miss something?
