Probably worth sidling up to someone with OmniPage (now bundled with 
every cheapo Windows scanner) and getting it to do the first text draft. 
Save as HTML; it's very clean text, and gives you hints to the fonts 
better than plain text ever will.

I've got chapters 1, 2 and the Preface prekeyed if anyone wants 'em.
