Check out www.delorie.com for their ported groff instead.  Wingroff has
many problems, including the fact that .PSPIC crashes.

The delorie DJGPP port works very well.  If you are
just starting, be sure to download the latest version
of ghostscript for windows.

Also, pay attention to his instructions regarding environmental
variables.  You should make a batch file that sets these
and call it in your autoexec.bat

The only DJGPP groff package I have not used is refer.  Pic, tbl, .PSPIC
and the MS macro set work fine.

With any message to the groff list I must add  thanks to the maintainers
for doing a super job !
