Exactly.  For example, let's assume that a user wants to customize
usr/local/share/groff/1.18/tmac/foo/bar/foobar.tmac.  To do this
properly, he has to create


instead of


Additionally, the calling code with a subdir searching would be a

  .mso foobar.tmac

instead of

  .mso foo/bar/foobar.tmac
