[Groff] .psbb in 1.16.1

Hi,

Is .psbb supported in 1.16.1?  I used .PSPIC <file> with success in
1.15 on a EPS file (had to use the unsafe option to groff).  I was
moving to 1.16.1 and just wanted to make sure that this works.

.sp 1i
.psbb /us/pss/share/lib/marconi_logo.eps
pss-pc:~/tmp>
pss-pc:~/tmp>cat foo | /usr/local/bin/groff > foo.ps
