Since groff is a command line oriented program, there should be no
differences.
There are two more ports usable for Windows using djgpp resp. a native
MS compiler. The latter is incomplete, though. Please check the
files MORE.STUFF and README.WIN32 in the groff distribution.
I believe that the djgpp port is adapted best to MS-DOS behaviour, but
I can't tell anything about Windows.
It basically depends on your preferred environment which groff port
you should use since most compilers usually have large run-time
environment DLLs to provide/emulate UNIX functions not available on
Windows. If all your UNIX programs come from, say, the cygwin
project, it probably makes sense to use a cygwin port of groff also.
