[Groff] Little problem yet.

Note: Gaius just posted three or so emails. They relate, in part, to what
I have below. They may even contain a fix for the problem below. I don't
know yet. I have to study what he just posted. But here is what I was
about to send, and am sending now anyway.

Much progress made, a little problem left here:

I have PATH:            /home/mngovsci/groff/install/bin:...
I have GROFF_TMAC_PATH: /home/mngovsci/groff/groff-1.15/tmac

>From ~: groff -v  --> GNU troff version 1.15   [good]

groff -ms -Tascii ~/groff/groff-1.15/grohtml/design.ms | less
Works perfect.

groff -ms -Thtml -mhtml ~/groff/groff-1.15/grohtml/design.ms | less
Works perfect.

groff -t -Tlatin1 -mandoc ~/groff/groff-1.15/grohtml/design.ms | less
Works perfect.

groff -t -Thtml -mandoc ~/groff/groff-1.15/grohtml/design.ms | less
Works!

groff -tepU -ms -Thtml -mhtml -markup
~/groff/install/share/groff/tmac/tmac.arkup |less
                                 tmac.*
Broke.

The few files I tried all output a dozen or so lines of HTML, but most of
the files' contents are missing from the outputs.
