1. I know. I figured you might say this, too. But I didn't have any cute
solutions so I didn't bring this up. I did use [] in a couple places where
you had used <> (FTP URL format for the Groff source). So maybe that
helps.
2. I'm new at HTML, too. But, I don't do C. Did that many years ago, but
I'm not that good at it.

I wondered that, too. I don't know. So I just marked up the works in HTML.
