    doc/groff.texi (Input Encodings): Clarify.
    
    * groff needs to be called with `-k` to run preconv; that doesn't happen
      automatically.
    * "Installing" fonts isn't the proximate problem for unavailable
      glyphs; that may be necessary, but even once that's done, the font
      description must be made available to the formatter--that is, the font
      must be "mounted".  Add cross reference.
