    groff_man_style(7): Drop prepro interaction stuff.

The leading FLOSS implementation of man(1), man-db, doesn't bother with
this and hasn't for a long time[1]. Moreover, it is man(1)'s bailiwick
to document how this comment line is interpreted--not ours. Also I
really don't want to get into questions of whether usage of refer(1),
    grap(1), pic(1), or vgrind(1) in man pages is advisable[2].

-.
-When a preprocessor like
-.I @g@tbl
-or
-.I @g@eqn
-is needed,
-a hint can be given to the man page librarian by making the first line
-of a man page look like this:
-.
-.
-.P
-.RS
-.BI "\(aq\e\(dq " word
-.\" AT&T: .BI "'\e"" " word
-.\" ...and good luck with that "'".
-.RE
-.
-.
-.P
-The line starts with an apostrophe (\(aq),
-not a dot,
-and a single space character follows the double quote.
-.
-The
-.I word
-consists of one letter for each needed preprocessor:
-\(lqe\(rq for
-.IR @g@eqn ,
-\(lqr\(rq for
-.IR @g@refer ,
-and
-\(lqt\(rq for
-.IR @g@tbl .
-.
-Modern implementations of the
-.I man
-program can use this information to automatically call the required
-preprocessor(s) in the right order.

-.P
-The usual

-.I eqn
-macros for table and equation inclusion,

-.BR .TE ,
-.BR .EQ ,

-.BR .EN ,
-may be used freely.
