    groff_char(7): Fix style nits.
    
    * Drop use of term "regular font".  They're just "text fonts".
    * Clarify scope of "extended" characters in discussion of Model 37
      Teletype and C/A/T special font; ASCII was notorious for being
      extended in many ways by many parties.
