commit 6b16274a7bce0617b030e7210d887370ef8bc926
Author: G. Branden Robinson <g.branden.robinson@gmail.com>

[docs]: Tweak descriptions of \[`'-_] escapes.

Emphasize their synonymy with more regularly spelled special character
escape sequences. Shift name of \[ul] from "underline" to "underrule",
(like "baseline rule" and "box rule") emphasizing its drawn, non-glyph
    nature on typesetter devices.
