[docs]: Tweak descriptions of \[`'-_] escapes.
Emphasize their synonymy with more regularly spelled special character
escape sequences. Shift name of \[ul] from "underline" to "underrule",
(like "baseline rule" and "box rule") emphasizing its drawn, non-glyph
nature on typesetter devices.
