    groff_char(7): Fix style and markup nits.

    Style:
    * Say "special character escape _sequence_". Eschew "escapes".
    * Omit `\-` from discussion of predefined glyph names (retaining \C'-'
      and \[-]). The context is a systematic presentation of the subject,
      whereas `\-`, like three other escape sequences, is rewritten early in
      input parsing _into_ a special character escape form as discussed in
      the page's introduction.

    Markup:
    * Rewrap input.
