    groff_mm(7): Redescribe `B1` and `B2` macros.
    
    Describe them in their own terms instead of expecting reader familiarity
    with ms(7).
    
    These appear to be GNU extensions to mm, at least relative to DWB mm.
    We don't document that anywhere.  Maybe we should?
