    [nroff]: Update authorship comment.

James Clark wrote the original 51-line implementation for groff 1.06 in
September 1992. He also added an initial distinction between "latin1"
and "ascii" output devices. Werner Lemberg brought the output device
determination logic to where it is today (including "cp1047" and "utf8"
device support), added $GROFF_BIN_PATH and $GROFF_TYPESETTER support and
portability to non-POSIX Unix-like systems. I (Robinson) added support
for "dry run" mode, made the script testable at build time, refactored
argument handling to support white space between option flag letters and
option arguments (as groff and troff themselves do) and added comments
documenting sub-optimal constructions adopted for the sake of
    portability.

Over the entire period of its development, nroff has steadily
accumulated support for more groff and troff options.
