    [docs]: Fix style nits.
    
    * doc/groff.texi (Implementation Differences):
    * man/groff_diff.7.man  (Implementation Differences): Fix subject/verb
      agreement.
    
    Also sync the latter file with the former.
    
    Issue noted by Dave Kemper in Savannah #60665; more work is needed.
