    groff_char(7): Fix underscore material.
    
    Remove \[ul] from the "Basic Latin" table.  This special character does
    not produce a glyph per se, but a drawing command on typesetter devices.
    
    Fix entry for \_ escape in "Rules and lines" so that it produces the
    output corresponding to the input (protected from interpretation by
    tbl(1)).
