    doc/ms.ms: Fix ugly tables.
    
    * Drop "expand" global option and absolute column width specifications
      in favor of adding "x" modifier to one column and letting the machine
      figure out the widths.
    * Move commentary out of source/rendered example table and into
      subsequent paragraph.
    * Lightly recast commentary.
