    groff_char(7): Fix error regarding \(en.
    
    AT&T troff did _not_ support an en-dash escape.  It is not shown in
    either version of CSTR #54, though the rendering of the 1992 revision I
    have (with a real AT&T Death Star logo), confuses the issue by
    spuriously showing an escape character before the input example for the
    hyphen.  (If you interpret the table literally, \- produces distinct
    hyphen and minus glyphs.)
    
    Also, fix missing word and a spurious plural.
    
    Add ChangeLog entry referencing Savannah ticket closed by recent glyph
    description updates.
