    groff_man(7): Fix abuse of .TQ macro.
    
    It still renders badly with mandoc(1), which doesn't even claim to
    support it, but it's less bad when used idiomatically.
    
    The best argument against .TQ is people trying to pull a fast one like
    this, but fortunately I think Ingo is the only one who has tried.  ;-)
