gbranden pushed a commit to branch master
in repository groff.

commit a682ddac2fb602ce9688aa2c25f5a36dceee13ce
Author: G. Branden Robinson <g.branden.robinson@gmail.com>

NEWS, ChangeLog: Fix a bad habit I picked up.

Refer to the groff Texinfo manual as...the groff Texinfo manual (NEWS),
or the slightly more casual "our Texinfo manual" (ChangeLog, a record of
    developer-to-developer communication).

Texinfo itself has a fine manual and I've been been reading it lately.
Muddy, ambiguous terminology is a vice.
